Sue's tutoring services

I tutor children with specific learning difficulties including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia. I work in your child's school if in South Chch, or at my house. I use multi-sensory methods and games to allow your child to learn in the way that suits their brain. An essential component of the lesson covers the underpinning needs that are necessary for the student to be ready for literacy and numeracy work.e.g. auditory and visual memory, discrimination, spatial skills. Literacy and numeracy are taught in a structured progressive way. An individual lesson is planned each time for each student, so the student can work at their own pace. Learning is fun!
